We’re a fast-growing SaaS startup pioneering AI Facility Management. We’re looking for a talented Testing Lead Engineer to join our newly formed team and play a critical role in building the infrastructure that underpins our groundbreaking technology.

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

  • Lead and mentor a team of testers in designing and executing comprehensive test plans for AI applications.
  • Define testing strategies for various aspects of our systems, including image recognition, object detection, tracking, and more.
  • Develop and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to achieve high test coverage and efficiency.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Champion and implement best practices in software testing, including agile methodologies and defect tracking.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI testing techniques and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across teams, ensuring clear understanding of testing processes and results.

You’re the vision detective we need if you:

  • Have 2-4 years of experience as a Test Engineer, with a strong focus on software quality assurance.
  • Have experience in Jenkins and writing test cases for complex software systems.
  • Have experience designing and implementing test plans for complex software systems.
  • Understand the principles of AI and its core functionalities.
  • Are proficient in JIRA, automation testing tools and scripting languages (e.g., .net).
  • Have excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Are a critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in testing machine learning and AI-powered applications.
  • Knowledge of image processing and AI algorithms.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
